Barrow Cadbury Trust
Boilerhouse were asked to produce a new publication for the Barrow Cadbury Trust in conjunction with Business in the Community, called 'Getting Out to Work - Employing Young Adults with Convictions'. The publication is a guide to good practice for employers who are considering employing young adults with convictions.
The Barrow Cadbury Trust supports local voluntary and community organisations working at the coal face of social justice issues and aims to bridge the divide between local communities and policymakers who can make a difference.
